Mark Seymour

Mark Seymour is a Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, specializing in U.S. corporate income taxation. With extensive experience in tax compliance and accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), Mark has led engagement teams for both public and private global technology companies. Previous roles include Senior Tax Manager and Tax Manager at BDO USA, as well as a Tax Manager at KPMG US. Mark's career began as an Internal Revenue Agent at the IRS, where they audited tax returns to ensure compliance. Mark holds a BS in Accounting/Finance from California State University, Chico, and a Master’s in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
