Mindy Robles, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes. Since June 2015, Mindy has worked at BDO USA, progressing from Regional Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Manager, responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, overseeing onboarding, and conducting payroll audits for approximately 700 employees. Prior to this, Mindy held roles at Verizon Wireless as a Human Resources Coordinator and at THINK Together as a Staffing/Human Resources Coordinator, where Mindy developed innovative HR tools and facilitated high-volume recruitment efforts. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Human Resource Management Certificate from California State University, Long Beach.
