Monica Shih

Monica Shih is a Managing Director and leader of BDO’s Financial Services Industry and Banking Risk Advisory Services Practice for New York and the East Coast. As an internal audit and risk management professional, they have extensive experience managing audits and compliance engagements, having previously held positions at Wells Fargo and PwC. Monica began their career as an intern at ArcSource Consulting Inc and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
