Paul McGovern

Paul McGovern is a Managing Director at BDO USA, where they serve as the State and Local Tax Practice Leader in Southern California. Previously, Paul worked as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1998 to 2007 and held the position of Program Specialist at the Franchise Tax Board between 1981 and 1998. Early in their career, Paul was an Accountant at Rolex Watch USA from 1978 to 1981 and spent time at various taverns in New Jersey and New York from 1974 to 1978. Paul completed a BS in Accounting at Fordham University in 1978 and graduated from St. Peter's Prep in 1974.
