Monique Gagnon

Monique Smith Gagnon is the Senior Director of Impact & Measurement at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, where they manage a team and drive outcomes for youth within a $38M non-profit organization. Previously, they served as the Assistant Manager of Data and Engineering and Administrator of Research and Evaluation at the San Jose Unified School District from 2014 to 2021. Monique also held the position of Manager of Data and Assessments at Envision Schools from 2012 to 2014 and was a Strategic Data Project Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University from 2015 to 2017. Monique earned a Master’s degree in Urban Education Policy from Brown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
