Stephen Sides

Stephen Sides is a Senior Counsel at BDO USA since September 2022. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Vice President, Corporate Contracts at Ryan from April 2021 to September 2022. Stephen's previous roles include Director and Associate Director, Corporate Counsel at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Associate General Counsel at FTS International, and Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Stephen also worked as a Seconded Legal Adviser at Emirates and as an Associate at Hughes & Luce, LLP. Stephen has a JD in Law from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA in International Studies and Economics from Austin College.
