Nicholas Reid

Nicholas Reid is an accomplished technical lead and software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently at Google since March 2018, Nicholas plays a pivotal role in the YouTube LivingRoom team, focusing on app infrastructure and feature development. Nicholas also serves as a Technical Instructor for the Google Tech Exchange, where coursework is curated for students. As a co-founder and general partner at Black Violet Capital, Nicholas is dedicated to using venture funding to empower communities and promote sustainability. Additionally, Nicholas contributes to the BDPA as a HSCC Coordinator and has a notable background at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and UBS, where Nicholas held various technology analyst and software engineer internship roles. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from New York University.
