Nica Lam

Nica Lam has a diverse work experience background. Nica currently holds the position of Director of Proposal and Marketing Operations at BDR Solutions LLC. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Bids and Marketing Communications at STOPSO from September 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they held the position of Strategic Programs Director at Agile Defense, Inc. from January 2021 to September 2021 and as a Proposal Manager from May 2019 to January 2021. Nica also gained experience as a Proposal Manager at Soliel, LLC from November 2018 to May 2019 and at DirectViz Solutions, LLC from June 2016 to November 2018.
