Ajmal Shahzad

Ajmal SHAHZAD is a seasoned Project Manager for Digital Tools at BDR Thermea Group since September 2023, specializing in stakeholder management across multiple countries and transforming stakeholder requests into IT solutions. Currently a Forward Program Fellow at McKinsey & Company, Ajmal previously served as a Smart Energy & Digitalisation Consultant at Upwork, providing expert consultation on energy consumption and sustainability initiatives. Early career experiences include roles as a Digitalisation Engineer at ESFORGE Pvt. Ltd., where Ajmal implemented AI for smart buildings, and as a Co-Founder and Project Engineer at CorVent Pakistan, leading ventilator development.
