Anton Ketelaars is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Global HR Leader for Processes & Solutions at BDR Thermea Group since October 2022, Anton has previously held significant roles including HR Director for Remeha Benelux and Head of HR for Damco. Career highlights include managing major HR projects at Maersk Oil, implementing HR processes across multiple countries, and leading HR initiatives that align with business strategies.
