Arnold Leenders

Arnold Leenders has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Arnold currently holds the position of Head of Product Management Digital at BDR Thermea Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Owner of Innolutions, where they provided interim management and consultancy services in product innovation, with a focus on smart energy and IoT.

Arnold also worked at Quby - outsmarting energy, first as a Program Manager and later as the Product Management Director. In these roles, they were responsible for the development and continuity of the product portfolio, including the successful Toon smart thermostat and energy manager.

Arnold also has experience working at Eneco, where they served as the Head of Product Management a.i. and as the Product Innovation Manager Zon a.i. During their time at Eneco, they successfully developed and maintained the non-commodity product portfolio, making product management an integral part of the Eneco consumenten organization.

Arnold's career also includes working at Accenture as a Manager, and at KPN in various roles including Senior Business Development Manager, Product Market Manager Media, Consultant Wireless Innovation, and Business Architect. Arnold has developed and implemented innovative services and strategies in the fields of internet, media, and wireless communication.

Arnold began their career at Philips, where they worked as a Project Lead and achieved significant cost savings through a worldwide cost-saving program.

Arnold Leenders obtained a Master of Science (MsC) degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 1992 to 1999.
