Stan Sliva

Stan Sliva has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Stan currently holds the role of Vice President, Client Development at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Client Service at the same company.

Before joining BDS Connected Solutions, Stan held the position of Vice President, Connected Shopper Solutions at Creative Channel Services from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for implementing strategic plans to drive growth and increase profitability for clients across various industries.

From 2014 to 2015, Stan worked as the Vice President, Retail Client Services at MarketStar. Stan contributed to the company's sales and marketing efforts by providing retail, channel, and direct sales solutions to leading companies.

During their time at Dyson from 2003 to 2013, Stan held multiple roles including Sales Director - Commercial / B2B, National Account Business Development Manager, Field Sales Director, Independent Account Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Stan was responsible for sales strategy, managing accounts, leading sales teams, and implementing e-commerce initiatives.

Stan's early career included a role as Rooms Division Leader at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1996 to 2003. Stan also worked as a Campus Recruiter & Merchandise Representative at Walt Disney World from 1995 to 1996, where they contributed to the design and launch of the merchandise pick-up system for guests.

Stan Sliva has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Management from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Stan also completed a Senior Management Graduate Program at Babson College from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma - White Belt and is a Certified Level 4 Head Coach in Youth Hockey from the Amateur Hockey Association Illinois (AHAI).
