BD's Mongolian Grill
Gregory Haley is an experienced restaurant manager with a diverse background in the food service industry. Since September 2018, Gregory has served as the Restaurant Manager at Bruegger's Bagels, having previously held roles such as General Manager at both Bruegger's Bagels from September 2014 to September 2016 and bd's Mongolian Grill from September 2016 to September 2018. Earlier career experiences include Assistant General Manager at bd's Mongolian Barbeque from April 2012 to September 2014 and General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2006 to 2011. Gregory began their professional journey with a Merchandise Intern position at Hersheypark in 1996. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from Penn State University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
