Phillip Walker II is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in program management, leadership, and support roles. Currently serving as a Program Associate at Communities First, Inc. since January 2024, Phillip is focused on planning and evaluating community-oriented programs. Previous roles include Manager at BD's Mongolian Grill and Program Assistant at Mott Community College, where responsibilities encompassed administrative support and project assistance. Phillip also has a background as a Freelance Writer and Project Coordinator, specifically working to close the Achievement Gap for young men of color. Additional experience includes roles at Diplomat Rx and various positions at Mott Community College, including Social Impact Fellow and Presidential Clerical Student Aide. Phillip holds two associate degrees from Mott Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing at the University of Michigan-Flint.
