Max Stephens has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Max started their career as a Product Representative at Gold Medal Bakery in 2014, where they were responsible for visiting store locations and ensuring proper quantity and display of products. From 2016 to 2016, Max worked as an Intern at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, assisting the CFO in coordinating resources for a commemorative coin bill and representing the organization in various business events. In 2017, Max joined The Hershey Company as a Retail Sales Representative, where they drove store level sales, developed customer relationships, and engaged in forward selling strategies.
