Dorothy Zavagli

Dorothy is an expert in Broker-Dealer Compliance, having worked as a Securities Regulator for both FINRA (formerly the NASD) and the NYSE, which provided her with the knowledge and insight necessary to understand the complex compliance demands firms face and the need for cost effective technology solutions. She played a central role in collaboration with Product Development, to guide BDSential in its mission to create such a product.

Dorothy earned the designation CRCP, Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned an MBA in Accounting and BS in Legal Studies from St. John's University. Industry Associations: ACAMS, NSCP and Sifma.
