Becca Prangley

Becca Prangley is an investment professional currently serving as an Associate at BDT & MSD Partners since March 2025, where the focus is on meeting the needs of business owners and long-term investors within a merchant banking framework. Prior to this role, Becca worked at Ratio Advisors as an Associate from July 2022 to March 2025. Becca also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at ARKU in the summer of 2021 and as a Sales and Merchandising Intern at 80 Acres Farms in the summer of 2020. Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communication with a Co-major in Entrepreneurship from Miami University, completed in 2022, and is a graduate of Wyoming High School, class of 2018.
