Ricarda Memel

Ricarda Memel is currently the Geschäftsführerin at TEAMWILLE GmbH since January 2011. Ricarda also holds the position of Vizepräsidentin at Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberatungen (BDU) e. V. since January 2023. In addition, Ricarda is the CEO at TEAMWILLE Schweiz AG since March 2022. Ricarda previously worked at Audi Akademie GmbH as HR Development from 2008 to 2010 and at Kreisjugendring München Stadt as Sozialpädagogin, Erlebnispädagogin, Einrichtungsleiterin from August 1999 to May 2008. Ricarda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Durham University, and a Diplom Sozialpädagogin from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
