James Aldous is an accomplished hospitality and culinary professional with extensive experience in management and culinary roles. Currently serving as the General Manager at Be At One Cocktail Bars since July 2022, James has previously held similar managerial positions at Faces Nightclub Essex and Be At One Cocktail Bars, along with founding Koalaty Seasonings in April 2019, a company specializing in chicken salt seasoning. Early in the career, James worked as a Head Pastry Chef at The Anchor and progressed through various culinary roles, including Chef De Partie at the renowned Midsummer House Restaurant. James's strong background in training and mentoring students was developed while serving as a Student Practitioner at Wivenhoe House Hotel. James holds educational qualifications from Colchester Institute and Clacton County High School.
