Marcus Johansson

Marcus Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Marcus started their career as a Restaurangbiträde at ISS Facility Services A/S in 2009. Johansson then joined Getupdated Sverige AB in 2018 as an SEO Strategist & Consultant. Their responsibilities included delivering SEO services to clients, such as conducting keyword analysis and implementing on-page optimizations.

In 2019, they co-founded Digital Step AB and worked as an SEO Consultant & Co-founder. Marcus took charge of project delivery, maintained client relationships, and developed strategies for on-page implementations and analyses.

In 2020, Johansson worked as an Innesäljare at Bröderna Nilsson Delikatesser AB for a brief period. Marcus then moved on to SEO DESIGN as an SEO Consultant from 2020 to 2022, providing consultation services to clients.

Currently, they hold the position of Digital Marketing Specialist & Assistant Department Manager SEO at Be Better Online since February 2023.

Marcus Johansson obtained a Kandidatexamen in Kostekonomi from the University of Gothenburg, which they completed between 2006 and 2009. Marcus later attended IHM Business School from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on E-Commerce Manager studies. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, SEO-certifiering from Pineberry via SEO Cert, AdWords Mobile Certification, and Adwords Search Certifikation.
