Isabella Cardona Barber has worked in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a French Teacher for Private Tutoring. In 2018, they were a Biotechnology Intern at OncoDNA-BioSequence. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Chemical Engineering Research Assistant at Northeastern University. In 2020, they were a Downstream Process Development Co-op at Solid Biosciences and a Process Safety Archive Project Manager at AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers. In 2021, they were a Process Engineering Co-op at Takeda. Currently, they are a Process Engineer at Be Biopharma.

Isabella Cardona Barber began their educational journey in 2015 when they attended the United Nations International School of Hanoi (UNIS Hanoi) and earned their International Baccalaureate (IB) and UNIS Hanoi Diploma. Isabella then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2022. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University in 2022. In January 2022, Isabella also obtained a certification in Reinforcement Learning Foundations from LinkedIn.
