Sakshi Thakur

Sakshi Thakur has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Sakshi began as an Intern for BT cotton research at ICAR- Indian Council of Agricultural Research in 2017. That same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Sinhgad College of Engineering. In 2020, they were a Customer Service Technician for Information Technology Services at Northeastern University. In 2021, they were a Co-op for Biomolecular Sciences and Lead Discovery at Remix Therapeutics. Sakshi is currently a Senior Research Associate for Cell Therapies at Be Biopharma, a position they have held since 2022.

Sakshi Thakur has a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2019-2021. Sakshi also has a BTech in Biotechnology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they obtained from 2015-2019. In addition, Sakshi has obtained several certifications, including Organizational Thought Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021, Biosafety and Biosafety Awareness Training from BioRAFT in 2021, Hazardous Waste Refresher from BioRAFT in 2021, Epidemiology: The Basic Science of Public Health from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from University of Michigan in 2020, and MATLAB fundamentals from MathWorks in 2020.
