Oliver Sheer

Oliver Sheer has extensive experience in the events and team-building industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Be Challenged since May 2011, where the organization has facilitated over 468,000 participants through 5,760 programs for over 1,947 clients. In November 2023, Oliver joined the Board of Directors for Meetings & Events Australia, the leading organization representing event professionals across the nation. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Events with Moore, Business Development Manager at Be Challenged, and Duty Manager at Blue Gum Hotel. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Exercise Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
