Kevin Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software support and management. Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Customer Care and Solutions at Cloudera since November 2021, Kevin previously held multiple roles at the same company, including Director of Critical Accounts & Strategic Initiative and Senior Product Support Specialist.
