Paul van der Westen

Paul van der Westen is an experienced executive currently serving as the Managing Director of Be-Ge Seating Division since May 2020, overseeing operations in the Netherlands and Germany with a focus on sales and marketing across multiple European countries. Prior to this role, Paul spent over a decade at Hella, where responsibilities included global sales management for the Bus & Coach segment and sales direction for Special OE in the Benelux region. Early career roles encompassed key account management at Inalfa Roof Systems and various positions at Iveco, including marketing and engineering. Paul holds an MBA from Avans+ and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
