Stela Pale

Stela Pale is an experienced professional in social impact and education, currently serving as Oficial de Impacto Social and previously as District Facilitator Manager and Facilitators Community Management Assistant at Be Girl since November 2021. From March 2016 to December 2021, Stela held the role of Oficial de Projecto for the "Empoderamento de Adolescentes e Jovens" project with the Juventude Parliament of Mozambique, focusing on empowering and developing competencies among youth activists to foster positive behavioral change. Stela's educational background includes a Licenciatura in Educação, Género from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane and ongoing studies toward a Mestrado in Educação, Formação Docente e Aprendizagem em Contextos Formais e Não Formais, set to conclude in March 2024.
