Nilay Parikh has over 6 years of work experience in the tech industry. In 2022, they founded and became the CEO of Arvist (Techstars '22, formerly Be Global Safety), an AI powered security incident detection and prevention technology for the supply chain. From 2019 to 2021, Nilay worked at Ansys as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Marketing Manager - Additive Manufacturing. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Danfoss as a Global Project Manager, responsible for strategic planning, development, implementation and successful operations of the Additive Design and Manufacturing Competence Centers, and a PGP - Additive Manufacturing. From 2015 to 2016, Nilay worked at Dinsmore Inc. as a Project Facilitator - Additive Design and Manufacturing (3D Printing) Projects and a Product Development and Rapid Prototyping Intern.
Nilay Parikh obtained a Masters of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Energy Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology between 2009 and 2013. In addition, Parikh has obtained several certifications, including Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning from LinkedIn in April 2021, AI for Everyone from deeplearning.ai in May 2020, Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies from Duke University in January 2018, and Supply Chain Management: A Learning Perspective by from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in February 2017.
