Financial and Operations Team

The Financial and Operations Team at BE Group AB is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial health and operational efficiency. This includes overseeing financial planning, reporting, and control activities (led by the CFO, Group Accounting Manager, and Financial Controller), ensuring seamless supply chain and production processes (handled by the SVP Product Supply And Production), managing purchases and inventory (under the Purchase And Inventory Manager), and coordinating logistics and transportation (supervised by the Transport Manager).
