She loves working with The resident donors; they inspire her daily with their passion to support their fellow residents and the team members and allow her the personal fulfillment to know my work makes a positive difference in so many lives. She oversee the Foundation, working with the life plan communities in California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Washington, to develop philanthropic funding for numerous programs that support The residents, team members and communities.
