Be Kind Movement

Be Kind Movement was established with the aim of celebrating and amplifying the power of kindness through education. Since 2015, the UK registered charity has been providing educational opportunities to empower children, and young people. Our purpose is to promote the development of emotional intelligence skills in children and young people through acts of kindness. Be Kind Movement is committed to providing learning opportunities through their flagship Kindness in School Programme (KISP) that delivers Kindness workshops using the visual medium of film. Our Kindness Framework aims to build Emotional Intelligence (EQ) skills in children and young people by focusing on values such as self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making skills. Through the delivery of experiential and fun learning, we emphasise the value that kindness brings to EQ. We believe educating the hearts and minds of young citizens through the development of EQ skills is critical in preparing them for the challenges they face as children today, and as adults tomorrow.
