Suryati Galesloot has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Suryati currently works at Be-Mobile as an Incident Manager & Team Manager QA, where they ensure customer satisfaction, tracks service needs, and leads the QA team. Prior to that, they worked at Telenet as an IT Functional Analyst, where they were responsible for handling Change Requests and improving processes. Before Telenet, Suryati worked at BASE Company, where they held several positions such as Value Delivery Expert Assurance VC, Business Analyst / Product Owner Business Solutions, Product & Project Management, Project Officer, Billing - Payments & Collection Agent, Retention & Loyalty Agent, and Call Center Agent. In these roles, they gained expertise in implementing IVR and telephony systems, facilitating project launches, managing billing and collection tasks, and providing customer support.

Suryati Galesloot completed their education in 1994-1996, pursuing a graduate degree in Biochemistry from COOVI - HITS. In addition, during the same period, they also graduated from High School with an A1 degree in Biochemistry.
