Be-Mobile
Tom Van Cuyck has a diverse work experience in the field of backend development and research. Tom started their career at Ghent University in 2012 as a PhD. Researcher, focusing on studying neutrinos and their interactions with atomic nuclei. Tom worked in this role until April 2017.
In 2017, Tom joined ONTOFORCE as a Back End Developer, where they contributed to the development of backend systems. Tom held this position for five years, until December 2022.
Currently, they are working at Be-Mobile as a Back End Developer, starting in January 2023.
Tom Van Cuyck began their education in 2001 at Sint Lievenscollege Gent, where they studied Wetenschappen-wiskunde 8 until 2007. Tom then enrolled at Ghent University in 2007 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Astronomy in 2010. Tom continued their education at Ghent University and obtained a Master's Degree in Physics and Astronomy in 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nuclear Physics at Ghent University from 2012 to 2017. In 2019, Tom also obtained a certification in Docker Fundamentals from Amazic.
