David Pere

David Pere is a dedicated active duty Marine, currently serving as the Overlord at From Military to Millionaire since January 2018, where efforts focus on helping service members and veterans build wealth through real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and personal finance. In addition, David is the founder of Veteran Media Services, which provides comprehensive podcast launch, production, and editing services, and hosts the Military Millionaire Podcast. With extensive experience in logistics and safety management within the Marine Corps, David holds various titles including MAGTF Movement Control Center Chief and MISHAP Investigation Specialist. David is also a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty and a loan officer at Be My Neighbor Mortgage. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in real estate/business from American Military University and ongoing studies at Marine Corps University.
