Priszcilla Garami-Várnagy

Priszcilla Garami-Várnagy began their career in 2009 as a Psychologist and EU Project Manager at TREBAG Property- and Projectmanagement Ltd, where they managed and developed several EU and national projects in IT, Innovation, Research and Development and Lifelong Learning fields. In 2011, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Be-novative, where they were responsible for General Management and Key Account Management. In 2019, they joined Singularity University as a Collective Intelligence Expert, Facilitator, and Speaker. In 2021, they became an Unreasonable Fellow with Unreasonable, where Be-novative was recognized as one of the 16 top companies that contribute to the Future of Work & Learning globally. In 2022, Priszcilla became the CEO and Co-Founder of Superflow HQ, where they are building communities, involving high-performing companies, universities and social impact organizations worldwide developing the skills needed to grow facilitated by world-class team leads. Priszcilla also began working as an Adjunct Faculty at SMU Cox School of Business and a Program Advisor at Women in Leadership at UC Santa Barbara PaCE in the same year.

Priszcilla Garami-Várnagy's education history includes attending Singularity University's Graduate Studies Program 2012 to study Global Grand Challenges, studying organisational psychology and scandinavian pedagogy at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2009, obtaining an Msc in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University between 2004 and 2009, obtaining a Ma Psychology Teacher from Eötvös Loránd University between 2004 and 2009, and studying English language at Karinthy Frigyes Billingual High School between 1999 and 2005.
