We are a management consultancy based in London; working with our clients (predominantly global banks, payment providers and other financial institutions) to shape their future through our transformation and advisory consulting services.

We have dedicated specialist teams in retail and commercial banking, cards and payments, finance, CFO advisory, ESG, risk and regulation.

We drive change for a better future and we set out with a vision to be different. We wanted to develop a business that cared – not just about getting the job done, but also about our people and our clients. We are led by a CEO who truly believes in servant leadership, ensuring our employees have the tools, resources, training, development and support they need to succeed.

We are passionate about putting our people first. We believe that our commitment to supporting our employees’ personal and professional development creates a unique culture; one that cultivates enthusiasm, passion, energy and a high level of motivation, which ensures we deliver a high quality service to our clients.

Between us, we’re shaping the future.
