Reik Selent

Reik Selent is a professional with extensive experience in data analytics and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Teamlead for Data Analytics & AI at BE-terna since July 2022, Reik previously held the position of Data Scientist in the same field. Prior experience includes a role as Solution Developer at Deloitte Deutschland, where Reik focused on machine learning model development using Azure technologies and data preprocessing pipelines. A working student role at Baby Sweets GmbH centered on a master's thesis involving customer classification in e-commerce through machine learning. Reik's early career includes internships at KPMG Deutschland and Porsche Leipzig GmbH, along with product management experience at Leadec while completing a bachelor's degree. Reik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Technische Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule Merseburg.
