Deborah Papes-Stanzak is a seasoned professional in business operations and fashion merchandising with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Be Well Solutions since November 2021, Deborah oversees operations for a workplace wellness company dedicated to enhancing participants' emotional and physical health. As the Founder and Designer of RonWear Port-able Clothing® since November 2008, Deborah has developed innovative activewear for patients undergoing medical treatments. Previously, Deborah held positions including National Sales Manager at Loyalty Brand Products, Independent Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics, Director of Stores at Fibres, Department Head and Instructor at Virginia Marti College of Fashion and Design, District Manager at Dots, and Regional Manager at ANN INC.
