Etienne Lebreton has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 with an internship at Valeo. In 2004, they joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as an Automotive Interior Design Engineer, where they were responsible for interior design definition and feasibility of the 1st Citroën hybrid car DS5. Etienne also acted as a Project Manager in automotive electronics, responsible for electronic instrumentation innovation. In 2008, they moved to TAG Heuer as a Watch Industrial Project Manager, and in 2009, they joined Christian Dior as a Watch Product Development Manager. In 2013, they took on the role of Head of Marketing at EMS - Electro Medical Systems, and in 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer for both BE WTR and AudioVitality. Etienne also founded Helvet Consulting in 2020, providing consultancy services in Engineering, Design and Marketing, and was the COO-CMO Ad Interim for Gemmes-Tech SA, consulting in sustainable development, Supply Chain, Engineering and Marketing.

Etienne Lebreton's education history includes a Certificate in AI - Artificial Intelligence Program from IMD in 2020, a Master (engineering diploma) in Mechanical engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Engineering basics from Université de Technologie de Troyes between 1997 and 1999.
