Tom Bakaly

Tom Bakaly is the CEO at Beach Cities Health District. Tom has over 20 years of experience as a city manager, having worked for the Park City Municipal Corporation and the City of Hermosa Beach. Tom has a passion for improving the health and well-being of their community, and they are excited to continue their work at Beach Cities Health District.

Tom Bakaly holds a BA in history from Colorado College and a Senior Executive Institute from the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia. Tom also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Financial Management - Richard Nevins Fellow from the University of Southern California.
