Beach Creek Post Acute, previously known as West Anaheim Extended Care is an 87-bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center that provides 24 hours of licensed nurse care to our residents. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to working together to meet each individual patient’s personal goals and needs in a nurturing and caring environment. Our patients, residents and their families truly come to feel that this is their home away from home.
