Carissa Digance is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Marketing and Trading Advisor at Beach Energy Ltd since July 2025. Prior to this role, Carissa held multiple positions at Santos Ltd, including Commercial Analyst, Economic Analyst, and Planning and Portfolio Analyst, contributing to projects in clean fuels, decarbonisation, and merger due diligence. Carissa also possesses extensive experience in geoscience, having worked at ExxonMobil as a Production Geoscientist and at PESA Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia as Federal Treasurer and Board Member. Carissa's academic background includes an MBA from the University of South Australia, as well as degrees in Petroleum Geoscience and a double degree in Economics and Environmental Geoscience from the University of Adelaide.
