Kyle began their career in 1991 by investing in real estate and eventually launched 23 Private Equity funds, which now have a combined estimated value of over $6 billion in owned and managed properties. Kyle also served on the boards of multiple international investment and hedge funds. In 2015, they co-founded Glass House Brands Inc., a vertically integrated company in the regulated cannabis industry. In addition, Kyle founded Beach Front Property Management, Inc. in 1999, and Beach Front Properties, LLC in 1996, where they specialized in repositioning underperforming properties.
From 1987 to 1990, Kyle Kazan attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
