Anne Coelen is a seasoned Digital Consultant with extensive experience in driving growth in eCommerce, omnichannel retail, and digital marketing. Currently serving at Beach House Group since January 2025, Anne has held various leadership positions including VP of Digital Commerce at T3 Micro Inc., VP of Digital Marketing & eCommerce at VICI, and Vice President of Digital & eCommerce at elysewalker. Anne has a proven track record in digital strategy development, user experience enhancement, and customer acquisition optimization. With prior roles including Executive Director of Global Online at The Estée Lauder Companies and Director of Global eCommerce at Playboy Enterprises, Anne has successfully led major digital transformation initiatives and established strong direct-to-consumer businesses. Anne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems & Marketing from Ohio University and completed an Executive Education program at Wharton.
