Fei Shi, CPA, MBA has worked in various roles in the accounting and finance industries since 2009. In 2009, they began as an Assurance Intern at Shawn Washington Accountancy Corporation. Fei then worked as a VITA at the Internal Revenue Service. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Staff Accountant at Sierra Aluminum Company. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Audit Associate at White Nelson Diehl Evans LLP. From 2014 to 2019, they were an Assurance Manager at RSM US LLP. Since 2019, they have been the Assistant Controller, Global Finance (Too Faced Brand) at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Most recently, they have been the Finance Director at BEACH HOUSE GROUP since 2021.

Fei Shi, CPA, MBA received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California Baptist University between 2011 and 2012, with a field of study in Accounting. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from California Baptist University between 2006 and 2010, also with a field of study in Accounting. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant.
