Andrea S. Corley

Andrea S. Corley currently serves as the HR Operations and Total Rewards Manager at PAI Pharma, overseeing HR services and Total Rewards strategy for over 500 employees since August 2023. Previously, Andrea held the position of Human Resources Director at Alfmeier Friedrichs & Rath LLC | Gentherm Automotive from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leadership and supporting change management initiatives. Prior experiences include roles as Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resource Generalist at Alfmeier Friedrichs & Rath LLC, as well as various HR positions at Park Place Corporation, Corporate Benefits, Inc., and Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
