John Howarth's work experience includes:

- PAI Pharma: Currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Finance since January 2023.

- BWG Strategy LLC: Worked as the Vice President of Finance from August 2021 to March 2023.

- Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp.: Held the positions of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from December 2020 to September 2021 and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from September 2019 to December 2020. Accomplishments in this role include building and leading the FP&A function, preparing sell-side models, managing budget vs actual analysis, and leading financial integration for acquisitions.

John Howarth obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2016. John then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Accounting through Extension Studies at Harvard University in 2019 and 2020. Currently, John is attending Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they are expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Organizational Behavior, and Operations Management from 2020 to 2023.
