Nancy Deese Zolnai is a Systems Integration Specialist at Pharmaceutical Associates Inc. since October 2018, providing user application support and technical expertise for Ross ERP, while maintaining and developing SSRS reports from multiple SQL Server databases. Prior experience includes serving as an Independent Ross Consultant and a Senior Business Analyst at Software Works, Inc., where responsibility encompassed integrating Ross Enterprise with 3PL Warehouse Management systems and translating functional requirements into solutions. Additionally, Nancy held various roles leading development cycles and projects, thereby enhancing Ross ERP processes across multiple industries. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University.
