David M. Iaconis

David Iaconis is a founding shareholder and current Senior Advisor of BeachFleischman PC. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s Consulting Department called Strategic Operations & Advisory Services (SOAR). As such, Dave specializes in consulting with privately held companies and nonprofit organizations on a variety of issues including value growth, exit planning, strategic planning, loan negotiations, internal controls, and business sales/acquisitions. He has over 40 years of experience in consulting, accounting, auditing, and tax services. Dave holds the following designations: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and Certified Value Growth Advisor.
