Will Abernathy

Will Abernathy currently serves as the Regional Operations Coordinator at Beacon Behavioral Partners since May 2025. Prior to this role, Will worked as a Patient Advocate at Salience TMS Neuro Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities included educating patients and managing relationships with healthcare providers in the DFW metroplex. Will co-owned and served as Business Development and General Manager at Big Farma, LLC, a start-up focused on high-quality CBD products. Additional experience includes being a Managing Partner and Director of Business Development at Ace Tailors, overseeing sales growth and client relationships, and holding management roles at Bonobos, Ace Custom Tailors, and Nordstrom. Will earned a B.A. in English, Creative Writing, and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
