Shine Bright. Lead with Purpose.

Welcome to Beacon Coaching & Consulting, where leadership starts within.

Founded by Leslie Goldman after two decades leading teams at global organizations like UNICEF and NYU, Beacon exists to help purpose-driven professionals reconnect with their values, unlock their unique genius, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.

At Beacon, we believe transformation happens when you're seen, heard, and supported — not just as a leader, but as a whole person. Through one-on-one coaching, strategic advisory, and energy leadership tools, we help clients break through blocks, navigate complexity, and step fully into the roles they were born to lead.

Whether you’re advancing in your career, seeking more alignment, or standing at a meaningful crossroads, we’re here to help you lead with purpose — and live with more intention and energy.

Meet Leslie: A Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, Leslie brings warmth, wisdom, and deep systems thinking to every coaching engagement. She is especially passionate about helping high-achievers align their inner compass with the work they do in the world.

Ready to lead with your light? Let’s co-create the path forward.
